The event wins enabled the Fighting Sioux to place second in the nine-team standings.
Senior Brandon Quesenberry won the shot put with a throw of 51 feet, 8 ¼ inches, besting his nearest competitor by two feet.
UND boasted the second and third-place competitors in a pair of events. In the 800-meter run, Fenstermacher was the runner-up with a time of 1:52.31, while Tyler Rose was right behind in third place with a time of 1:54.07. In the 400-meter hurdles, Luetzen was the runner-up with a time of 55.24, while teammate McCreary was third with a time of 56.29.
A trio of Sioux cracked the top five in the pole vault, led by Matthew Harris' runner-up showing. Harris cleared 14 feet, 11 inches. He was joined by teammates Tyler Colling and Jordan Fisk, who finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
Senior Adam Stainiger finished sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, recording a time of 10:05.27.
Freshman Nick Lindstrom placed eighth in the 1,500-meters, clocking in at 4:01.83.
The Sioux will return to action March 16-17 at the Coastal Carolina Shamrock Invitational.
