Snowy SAAC food drive nets more than 3,000 items

The University of North Dakota's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) collected over 3,300 non-perishable food items and nearly 200 toiletry items during its annual food drive on Wednesday evening.

Final UND Fargo Fan Luncheon slated for Tuesday

The University of North Dakota will host its final Fargo Fan Luncheon of the 2016-17 season on Tuesday, April 11, at the Ramada Plaza and Suites. The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 12 p.m.

Deep budget cuts force UND to eliminate three varsity sports

The University of North Dakota Athletics Department announced on Wednesday, following the discontinuance of its men's baseball and golf programs in the prior fiscal year, that it will discontinue its varsity women's hockey and men's & women's swimming & diving programs, effective at the end of the 2016-17 academic year as part of the University's ongoing budget restructuring efforts.
