2015-16 (Junior): Named a Lou Henson Mid-Major All-American and a finalist for Lou Henson Mid-Major Player of the Year Award ... Named the College Court Report Mid-Major Player of the Year after a bracket-style fan vote that started with 64 of the best players at that level of college basketball ... Averaged 4.2 ppg and 1.9 rpg throughout the campaign ... Made a season-high three 3-pointers and finished with 11 points in a Big Sky road game at Portland State (Feb. 1) ... Shot 77.8 percent from the foul line and made 25 of his last 27 attempts to close out the campaign (92.6 percent) ... Averaged 4.6 ppg and 4.6 rpg in three Big Sky Tournament gamges ... Grabbed a season-high six rebounds in the semifinal victory over Portland State (Mar. 14) ... Had at least one steal in final seven games and finished campaign with 35 swipes ... BEFORE UND: Prepped at Park Center High School and scored more than 2,000 points during his varsity career ... As a senior, named the 2013 Minnesota Mr. Basketball honoree after leading his team to the Class 4A state title game ... Averaged 23 points during his senior season en route to earning First Team Class 4A All-State honors and First Team Star Tribune All-Metro honors ... As a junior, he averaged 26 points per game and was a second team all-state and all-metro performer ... Also a two-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference team honoree.
