2012-13 (Junior): Earned Big Sky Conference Winter and Spring All-Academic Team honors … Set UND indoor records in the 600-meters and 800-meters … Broke the 13-year old 600-meters mark with a time of 1 minute, 21.02 seconds at North Dakota State’s Dakota Duals … Established the new 800-meters record with at time of 1:51.65 at the Iowa State Classic, toppling previous record set in 2001 … Clocked a time of 47.91 seconds in the 400-meters at the Beach Invitational, the fifth-best time in the Big Sky to that point … Won the 400-meters at the Dakota Duals in Yankton, S.D. with a time of 49.41 seconds … Earned third letter.

2011-12 (Sophomore): Named to 2011-12 Great West Conference Winter/Spring Academic Team in both indoor and outdoor track ... Won the 800-meters with a school-record time of 1:50.57 at the 2012 Great West Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship ... Broke school record that had stood for 10 years ...
