Sioux Falls, S.D. - Collin Lervick got his junior season off to a great start on Monday and did even better on Tuesday, shooting a career-low 69 (-2) in his final round at the Jackrabbit Fall Invitational.

A pair of 65's by South Dakota's Alex Kline and Northern Iowa's Kyle Driscoll prevented Lervick from moving up the individual standings as he finished where he started the day in fourth.

Lervick's low round, which included five birdies, helped UND card its low round of the tournament as the Green and White posted a 304 (+20) to finish seventh in the team standings.

In fact, it was a solid two days for the Lervick family on the Minnehaha Country Club. His younger sister, Brenna, captured medalist honors for South Dakota on the women's side with a 54-hole total of 232 (+19).

Junior Sean Halverson and sophomore Brady Ohman each carded their low rounds of the tournament as well with identical 77's. Freshman Nick Jenson also followed suit with his best 18 holes, shooting a 78 to round out the scoring for UND.

South Dakota State held on to win the team title (871, +19) with an even-par score of 284 in the final round. The Jacks held off North Dakota State, who took second and finished just two shots off the pace (873, +21).

UND travels next to Houston, Texas for the HBU Husky Invitational to be held Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
