GRAND FORKS, N.D.-- Associate head coach J.C. Field's team used a five-run seventh inning to post an 8-2 win in game three of the Blue Moose Classic Thursday. Field's team now leads the best-of-five series two games to one.

The big blow in that seventh inning was a two-run double by Patrick Riewer to help make a winner of Tyler Ruemmele. Jeff Campbell came on to record the save. Zach Muckenhirn took the loss for assistant coach Brian DeVillers' squad.

Taylor Petersen had two hits including a solo home run for Team DeVillers.

The two teams will play game four on Saturday at 11:00 am at Kraft Field.  Sunday’s game will be at 1:00 pm. All games are free and open to the public.
