University of North Dakota athletic department officials announced “Big Game” ticket plans for the upcoming men’s and women’s basketball seasons went on sale Wednesday. The four-game mini plans feature the North Dakota State game for both squads, which will each be played at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center this season.

The “Big Game” plans also provide tickets for three more highly-anticipated regular season games for each team. The men’s “Big Game” plan will cost fans $40, while the women’s is set at $30.

Men’s Basketball “Big Game” Plan – 4 games for $40
North Dakota State – Sunday, Nov. 24th
South Dakota State – Saturday, Dec. 21st
Weber State – Saturday, Jan. 11th  
Montana – Saturday, Feb. 15th

Women’s Basketball “Big Game” Plan – 4 games for $30
North Dakota State – Saturday, Dec. 14th
Northern Colorado – Saturday, Jan. 4th
Montana State – Saturday, Jan. 18th
Idaho State – Saturday, Feb. 8th

“While full season tickets are still the best value to watch North Dakota Basketball, we are excited to offer our fans an additional ticketing option, especially for those who have to drive a little ways to get here,” UND Director of Athletics Brian Faison said. “With all four games in these plans being played on a Saturday, it gives our out of town fans as well as fans who cannot make all our games a flexible ticket package that can save them money versus buying single-game tickets. This plan also allows people the chance to guarantee tickets for these games prior to single-game tickets going on sale in November.

“Plus, the atmosphere for the NDSU games should be the best we’ve had here at UND during the Division I era and tickets will be hard to come by with both games being played in the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center this season.  Between season tickets and the ‘Big Game’ plans, we feel like we have some great options for fans to guarantee their seats ahead of time and not have to worry about missing out on the NDSU and some key Big Sky games.”

Single-game ticket prices for both NDSU contests have also been set. Ticket prices for the men’s game on Nov. 24 are $25 per adult and $20 per youth and $20 per adult and $15 per youth for the women’s game on Dec. 14.  All single-game tickets for both men’s and women’s basketball go on sale Nov. 1.
