UND travels to St. Cloud next weekend.
UND falls to Creighton 5-2

Omaha, Neb. - The UND women's tennis team was defeated by Creighton University by a score of 5-2 Saturday evening at the Koch Family Tennis Center.

Creighton earned the doubles point to start the match. Sophomore Callie Ronkowski (Grand Forks, N.D) and junior Sarah Stejskal (Grand Rapids, Minn.) lost 8-1 against Jennie Hartjes and Karlin Naslund. Sophomore Shaylin Prout (Thunder Bay, Ontario) and senior Megan Sween (Grand Forks, ND) were defeated by a score of 8-1 against Analese Snyder and Amanda Noonan.

In singles play, Sween defeated Noonan with 6-3, 7-5 scores and Stejskal beat Sam Anderson 6-2, 5-7, 7-5.

UND will travel to St. Cloud, Minn. next weekend to take on St. Cloud State and South Dakota.
