Making its 30th NCAA postseason appearance, North Dakota will face Quinnipiac on Friday night in the NCAA West Region semifinal. The puck drops at 7 p.m. at Scheels Arena.
UND is the No. 1 seed for the West Regional and the No. 2 overall seed in the entire field.
Friday’s first semifinal features Michigan Tech vs. St. Cloud State. That game begins at 3:30 p.m. Central.
All UND men’s hockey games, home and away, can be heard on 96.1 FM (The Fox) and on stations across the UND Sports Home of Economy Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app. Veteran broadcaster Tim Hennessy, in his 36th season as the voice of UND men’s hockey, calls the action while Steve Olson provides analysis.
UND’s semifinal against Quinnipiac can be seen live on ESPNU, which is also available to DirecTV and DISH Network subscribers. It can also be seen online via ESPN3 and on mobile devices with the WatchESPN app. Clay Matvick and Sean Ritchlin call the action.

At this time, available tickets to the West Regional are sold out. Should tickets currently being held for various groups per NCAA bid specifications become available, those tickets will go on sale to the general public in person only at the Scheels Arena Box Office on Thursday, March 26 at 9 a.m.
The North Dakota Champions Club is hosting an official UND pregame party at Fargo Billiards and Gastro Pub. The pregame party starts three hours prior to any game in which UND is participating.
Shuttles between Fargo Billiards and Gastro Pub and Scheels Arena will run two hours before the first game of each day and will continue until one hour after the final game ends.
