2011-12 (Senior, Redshirted Outdoor Season): Named UND's Glenn "Red" Jarrett Male Athlete of the Year (all sports) ... Named to 2011-12 Great West Conference Winter/Spring Academic Team ... Broke UND's 14-year old record in the 400-meters twice in a 3-week span, both at Iowa State ... First broke record Jan. 28 at Iowa State’s Bill Bergan Invitational with a time of 49.14 seconds … Was named Great West Conference Athlete  of the Week for that performance … Broke it again two weeks later at the Iowa State classic with a time of 48.36 … Great West Conference indoor champion in the 400-meters  (49.23 seconds) ... Was also a member of UND's runner-up 4x400 relay team at the GWC Indoor Championship (3:24.27) ... Named to Fall Athletics Director's Honor Roll ... Ran under the school record in the 400-meters while running unattached at the Bison Invite (47.58 seconds) and at NDSU's Lyle Hokanson Open (47.69) ... Won the 200-meters (22.71 seconds) and 400-meters (48.67) running unattached at the Carleton Relays ... Named to Athletics Director’s Fall Honor Roll … Earned fourth letter.

 2010-11 (Junior): Earned 2010-11 Great West Conference Winter/Spring Academic All-Conference honors in both indoor and outdoor track ... Helped lead UND to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3 minutes, 22.54 seconds at the 2011 Great West Conference Indoor Championship ... Also placed fourth in the 400-meters (49.51 seconds) at the GWC Indoor Championship ... Placed third in the 400-meters at the 2011 GWC Outdoor Championship with a time of 48.54 seconds ... Won the 400-meter dash at the UND-NDSU Dual Meet (48.59) and at the UND-SDSU-USD Double Dual (48.57) ... Was the runner-up in the 400-meters at the Southern Illinois Edwardsville Gateway Classic ... Earned second letter.

2008-09 (Freshman): Named UND's Most Valuable Runner and Rookie of the Year ... Great West Conference runner-up in the 400-meter dash at the GWC Outdoor Championship (May 15-16) ... Finished third in the 400-meter dash at the Great West Conference Indoor Championship (March 1-2) ... Member of UND's 4x400 relay team that placed second at the GWC Indoor Championship ... Won the 400-meter dash at five events: the USD Graphic Edge Alumni Meet (Jan. 24), the MSU Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 7), the South Dakota State Twilight (April 22), the Al Cassell Relays (April 23) and the Sioux Falls Last Chance Meet (May 7) ...
