SACRAMENTO, Calif.--  Junior Lisa Parlich hit .458 with 13 kills and added six total blocks to propel visiting North Dakota past Sacramento State (25-22, 11-25, 25-16, 25-16) Saturday afternoon in Big Sky Conference play.

"Sacramento State has been playing well of late and this was a good road win," UND head coach Ashley Hardee said. "Lisa Parlich has been working hard defensively in practice and it's starting to show in matches. She was fantastic on both sides of the ball today."

Parlich was one of four UND players with at least 10 kills led by junior Ronni Munkeby's match-high 15. Lexi Robinson added a dozen and Felicia Ulrich chipped-in 11 for North Dakota.

The first set was the only one that was close of the four. Neither team led by more than three points and there were eight tie scores in the opener. It would be Robinson that would deliver the win for North Dakota as she tallied kills on each of North Dakota's final three points for a 25-22 UND victory.

The second set was a runaway win for the home team. The Hornets erased a 7-all tie and scored 18 of the final 22 points in the set for a convincing 25-11 win. UND had used a similar run (17-4) to come back for a third-set victory en route to a match win in the teams' previous meeting earlier this season in Grand Forks (Sept. 29).

UND would need no such dramatics in the final two sets Saturday, winning each by identical 25-16 scores. A 17-2 spurt helped the visitors clinch the third set and a 10-4 start to the final set cinched the win. North Dakota hit a stunning .439 in the final set and hit .241 for the match.

The win put UND's overall mark at 13-13 and 8-7 in conference play. North Dakota continues its road trip Monday at defending league champion Northern Colorado.
