WILMINGTON, N.C. -- Stephanie Clarke's record-breaking season continues.

The freshman from Edmonton, Alberta, who already owns UND's indoor 200 and 400-meter records, broke her third school record of the season today at the North Carolina-Wilmington Seahawk Invitational. She clocked a 200-meter time of 24.68 seconds to take down the previous school record of 24.85, set by Liesa Swenson in 1992.

Clarke also teamed with Kirsten Haas (Sr., Belgrade, Mont.), Jessica Lindsay (So., Grand Forks, N.D.) and Anne Van Heel (Jr., Forest Lake, Minn.) to win the 4x400 relay. The quartet combined for a winning time of 4:00.64.

UND won two of its three duals against Division I competition, defeating UNC-Greensboro 239-98 and Campbell 239-211. UND fell 429-176 to host UNCW.

The 4x400 relay victory was one of five event titles for North Dakota.

Senior Lindsay Anderson (Leeds, N.D.) won the 1,500-meters, clocking a time of 4 minutes, 39.79 seconds.

Junior Savana Weller (Sauk Centre, Minn.) won the 800-meters with a time of 2 minutes, 17.11 seconds. Teammate Lindsay finished third in 2:22.49.

Haas won the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.15. Van Heel was the runner-up with a time of 1:06.82.

Freshman Rochelle Robb (Bull Bay, Jamaica) was the winner in the high jump, clearing 1.63 meters (5-04.25).

Freshman Alyssa Lueck was the runner-up in the shot put. The native of Walworth, Wis., recorded a throw of 12.54 meters (41-1.75).

In the discus, freshman Molly Griep (Whitewater, Wis.) and sophomore Chantel Urban (Surrey, N.D.) placed second and third, respectively, in the discus.

UND will stay on the road this week and compete in the Coastal Carolina Shamrock Invitational March 14-16 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
