The 2013 Champions Golf Tour kicked off earlier this week with a stop in Fargo at the Oxbow Golf and Country Club in Oxbow, N.D. Twenty-three teams and over 30 sponsors participated in the event that raises money for student-athlete impact scholarships.

Teams competed on the course with other putting and long-drive competitions. A special long-drive stop raised $650 directly to the UND women's golf program.

The tour will make four more stops this summer. Find our more information on the Park River, Detroit Lakes, Bismarck and Grand Forks dates at www.undalumni.org/golf.
