Big Sky Release

OGDEN, Utah –
For the second straight season, senior Greg Hardin was named to the All-Big Sky Football Team. This time, he was awarded for his efforts at two different positions as league officials announced the all-league picks on Tuesday.

Hardin landed on the All-Big Sky First Team as a wide receiver and All-Big Sky Third Team as the return specialist in voting conducted by the league’s head coaches.

Hardin finished the 2013 campaign with career highs in both catches (67) and receiving yards (1,153 yards) en route to breaking UND career records in both categories. He also had a team-high six 100-yard receiving games and added five receiving scores.

Hardin concluded his standout career at UND with regular season career records in catches (216) and yards (3,583). Hardin was one of eight league players able to repeat as All-Big Sky performers.

As a kick returner, Hardin was one of two Big Sky players (Montana State’s Shawn Johnson) with two kickoff returns for touchdowns and he became the first player in UND history to run three kicks back for scores in a career. Hardin broke UND’s single-season record for all-purpose yardage, finishing the season with 2,017. He led all Big Sky players with 854 kickoff return yards.

Hardin wrapped up his career with 5,052 all-purpose yards and 35 total touchdowns (31 rec, 3 kor, 1 rush).

That group included wide receiver Kenny Golladay (69 rec., 884 yards, 8 TDs), offensive guard Brandon Anderson (22 consecutive starts), offensive tackle Joe Kleason (35 career starts), middle linebacker Garrison Goodman (team-high 72 tackles), placekicker Zeb Miller (9-for-14 on FGs), safety Cam Kuksa (fourth on team with 46 tackles) and special teams player Dominique Bennett (50 tackles, five sacks).
