This week, on UND Insider Weekly: Women's basketball stays perfect in conference play. Men's Hockey extends their winning streak to seven and gets within 1 point of first place in the NCHC. Women's Hockey hands Wisconsin their first home loss in nearly a year. Men's Basketball finishes up their tough 3-game homestand. Our very own Paul heads downstairs and joins men's basketball assistant Dean Oliver for some pro-tips as he learns how to set a ball screen. New Head Coach Schweigert is in the coach's corner for the very first time to talk about his newly-hired assistants and getting ready for the next season.

UND Insider Weekly returns in two weeks as women's hockey prepares for their rival Minnesota only two months after they ended the gophers 63-game winning streak. Coach Brian Idalski will be in the coach's corner, and players will discuss that historic game and their upcoming games that weekend. The Episode airs on Wednesday, January 27th at 8pm on UNDSports.com and Friday, January 31st at 5:30pm on Midco Sports Network.
