MISSOULA, MONT. – The University of North Dakota women’s tennis team fell to Montana by a score of 6-1 on Saturday afternoon at Peak Racquet Club in Big Sky Conference action.

The Griz, who are undefeated in conference play, won the three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead.

Montana continued to play well throughout the match. The lone singles winner for North Dakota was junior Callie Ronkowski (Grand Forks, N.D.). Ronkowski defeated Precious Gbadamosi in No. 2 singles with scores of 6-2, 6-2.

UND will play in its final regular season match on Sunday, April 20 at Montana State.

Geno Crandall led all UND players with a career-high 21 points as UND downed Weber State on Saturday.
