GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The third stop of the 2014 Champions Golf Tour took place on July 17 at Detroit Country Club in Detroit Lakes, Minn. More than 160 participants turned out on a picture-perfect summer day.

Those who participated, along with our 18 sponsors, helped raise money for student-athlete scholarships. Special thanks to Lakeside Tavern, our local sponsor for the Detroit Lakes tournament.

UND coaches who participated included: Dave Hakstol (men's hockey), Bubba Schweigert (football), Travis Brewster (women's basketball), Natalie Martinson (women's golf), Eric Schmidt (football), Tim Swanson (men’s golf), Erik Fabian (women’s hockey), and Danny Freund (football).
