GRAND FORKS, N.D. - University of North Dakota head women's golf coach Natalie Martinson announced Tuesday that the program will conduct open tryouts on Aug. 29-30.

The tryout session is open to all full-time, academically eligible UND students. All players must be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center. To register, go to www.elilgibilitycenter.org.

To attend the tryout session, contact Martinson in advance at (701) 777-3036 or by email at natalie.martinson@athletics.und.edu. Students wishing to try out must provide the following:

  • A completed University of North Dakota Team Tryout Waiver (available at www.undsports.com/tryouts)
  • Verification of handicap
  • Proof of medical insurance
  • Proof of a doctor's physical within the last six months
  • Proof of current, full-time enrollment at UND
  • An NCAA ID#

The tryout session on Aug. 29 will start at 2 p.m. and consist of 18 holes at Kings Walk Golf Course and will conclude with 18 more holes at 1 p.m. at the course on Aug. 30. 

Coach Martinson would like all forms completed and returned to here by Wednesday, Aug. 27.
