2001-02: Played in 34 games, with four goals and five assists, exactly equalling last season's output ... Scored his first career game winning goal against Michigan in overtime on Dec. 28 at the Great Lakes Invitational to put the Sioux into the championship game against Michigan State ... Second on the team in penalty minutes ... named to the Italy 2002 WCHA All-Star Team (cancelled due to security concerns) ... Was named the WCHA Defensive Player of the Week for March 4, 2002 for his play against Denver ... Was named co-winner of UND Coaches Unsung Hero ... Earned second letter.
2000-01: Played in 44 of 46 games this season, missing just two games to play in the 2001 IIHF World Junior Championships in Russia ... Led first year defensemen in points (9) and games played (44) ... Scored first career goal on UND’s first shot of the season in the first game of the season at 3:28 of the first period against New Hampshire (Oct. 6) ...
