NEWARK, N.J.-- Sophomore slugger Jeff Campbell and junior centerfielder Jacob Threlkeld were both named to the 2013 Great West Conference All-Tournament Team, announced following the league championship game Saturday. Houston Baptist won the title with a 13-3 win over top-seed Northern Colorado.

Campbell hit .438 in the tournament, slugging .625 with three extra-base hits. The sophomore from Clearwater, Fla. reached base 11 times in the four games, stole a base, scored four runs and drove in four more. In UND's two wins, he was 5-for-7, reaching base in nine of his 11 plate appearances. He also threw a team-high 10 innings, earning his first save after closing out the final two innings in the opening round game and later threw eight innings in his only start on the mound Thursday.

Threlkeld tied for the team lead with seven hits at the tournament, generating hits in all four games. He had a pair of knocks and a stolen base in the opening -round win over three-time defending champion Utah Valley and finished the tourney with a three-hit performance against Northern Colorado.  He struck out just one time in 20 plate appearances, patrolling centerfield without an error.

North Dakota (25-22-1) notched its most wins in its Division I era and won its first two games at the league tournament for the third straight season.
