GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Sophomore Chelsey Galipeau, a native of Dickinson, N.D., was honored with the University of North Dakota Female Sioux Service Award.

Galipeau, who was named to the GWC All-Tournament second team, led all UND student-athletes with 403 hours of community service. She spent five weeks last summer volunteering at African orphanages in Tanzania and Zambia. She also volunteered for Altru Hospital, the Grand Forks Park District, among others.
