2010-11 (Senior): Was the Great West Conference runner-up in the shot put at both the indoor (51-10 3/4) and outdoor (50-7 ½) conference championships ... Placed fourth in the discus (153-8 1/2) and hammer throw (personal record 152-1 1/2) at the GWC Outdoor Championship ... Placed fifth in the weight throw (51-4 ½) at the GWC Indoor Championship ... Won the shot put at the South Dakota State Twilight Meet (50-8 1/4) and the South Dakota Graphic Edge Alumni Meet (51-10).

2009-10 (Junior): Great West Conference Outdoor champion in the shot put with a throw of 55 feet, two inches ... Also finished eighth in both the hammer throw and discus at the GWC Outdoor Championship (May 13) ... Placed fourth in the weight throw at the Great West Conference Indoor Championship (Feb. 26) ... Won the shot put at the South Dakota State Twilight Meet (April 27) ... Earned third letter in track ... Also earned first letter in football as a reserve offensive lineman.

2008-09 (Sophomore, Indoor only): Placed fourth in the weight throw and sixth in the shot put at the Great West Conference Indoor Championship (March 1-2) ... Runner-up to teammate Creighton Schroyer in the shot put at the Bemidji State Super 8 Invitational (Jan. 17) ... Also the runner-up in the weight throw at the same meet ... Runner-up in the weight throw at the Beaver Twilight (Feb. 19) ... Earned second letter in track ... Offensive lineman for the Sioux football team.

2007-08 (Freshman): Finished sixth in the shot put and 15th in the discus throw at the North Central Conference Outdoor Championship ...
