GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Following a road sweep at Nebraska Omaha, the University of North Dakota held its ground and remained ranked No. 7 in this week's national men's hockey polls.

UND (16-8-6, 11-5-6 WCHA) ran its unbeaten streak to five games with the sweep and moved into sole possession of second place in the WCHA standings.

Quinnipiac took over the top spot in both polls this week, garnering 41 of 50 first-place votes in the USCHO poll and 28 of 34 first-place notes in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll.
