2011-12 (Freshman): Named UND’s Rookie of the Year … Led all UND freshmen with 12 goals and ranked second with 22 points ... Nineteen of his 22 points came after Dec. 31 ... Reached the scoresheet in 15 of 23 games during that stretch and went back-to-back games without a point on only one occasion ... Scored the opening goal in UND’s 3-1 win over No. 12 Western Michigan in the NCAA West Region semifinal … Had two goals and an assist and was a +3 at the WCHA Final Five ... Had a goal and an assist and was a +2 in 6-3 semifinal win over No. 4 Minnesota (March 16) ... Added a power-play goal in 4-0 win over No. 9 Denver in the championship game (March 17) ...
