GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The University of North Dakota volleyball program has announced the dates for its four camps to be offered this summer.
Elite camp (Grades 10-12)
All Skills Camp (Grades 6-9) - June 6-8
The elite camp is geared for high school players with varsity experience. Our all-skills camps will cover all the fundamentals necessary to be a
competitive volleyball player, including setting, attacking, defending,
serving, passing, and blocking. Campers will be assigned to groups based
on experience and age. Those groups will range from the highly
competitive college bound players to beginners. Camp staff will include
the UND volleyball coaching staff, highly successful club coaches from
around the country and current UND volleyball players!
Setter/Hitter/Libero Camp (Grades 9-12) - July 12-13
These camps will provide specialized instruction to help campers
master the art of setting, attacking and defending. The camps will begin
with a step-by-step progression with the basic fundamentals of each
emphasized area and gradually move towards advanced concepts, including
digging, passing, jumping technique and much more.
All Skills Camps I & II (Grades 6-12) - July 15-18
Our skills camps will cover all the fundamentals necessary to be a
competitive volleyball player, including setting, attacking, defending,
serving, passing, and blocking. Campers will be assigned to groups based
on experience and age. Those groups will range from the highly
competitive college bound players to beginners. Camp staff will include
the UND volleyball coaching staff, highly successful club coaches from
around the country and current UND volleyball players!
Team Camp (Varsity and JV teams) - July 19-21
Get your team ready for the upcoming season with this competitive
team camp. Our team camp provides a daily combination of instruction,
drills and competition. Each participating team will be assigned a Court
Coach and there will be team development sessions provided as well as a
very competitive camp tournament.
