Nebraska City, Neb. - Sophomore Aaron Pulanco turned in the top round for the North Dakota men's golf team on Tuesday, posting a 79 (+7) in final-round play at the UNO Invitational at the Arbor Links Golf Course. UND remained in seventh place after shooting a 330 (+42) to conclude the 54-hole event.

Pulanco was among a trio UND golfers to finish with a 242 (+26), while junior Collin Lervick posted the team's top 54-hole score of 236 (+20). Lervick finished 25th. Joining Pulanco in a tie for 31st were teammates Sean Halverson and Daniel Sayler.

Grand Canyon cruised to the team title with a three-round total of 895 (+31). That was 14 shots better than the host Mavericks, who took second with a 909 (+45).

UND will finish up its fall season in four weeks when they travel to the Arkansas State Fall Beach Classic being played in Gulf Shores, Ala.
