DENVER - Announced today by Western Athletic Conference (WAC) officials, 13 members of the North Dakota women's swimming and diving team have been named to the 2011-12 Academic All-WAC team.

A total of 263 winter student-athletes from gymnastics, women's swimming and diving, men's and women's basketball, and men's and women's indoor track and field were named to the list.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.00 cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
