WOODLAND, Calif.-- Three University of North Dakota athletes have been named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Team according to a recent release by league officials. Senior swimmers George Philbin and Preston Youngdahl join sophomore diver Andrew Germain on the list of UND honorees.

The three student-athletes all qualified for the team after compiling 3.0 or better cumulative grade point averages and competing in at least half of the institution's competitions in their respective sport. Only students whom have completed one full academic year at the institution are eligible for the award.
