DENVER-- University of North Dakota senior Rick Eberle was named the Western Athletic Conference Male Diver of the Week, according to an announcement by league officials Tuesday. Eberle had standout performances at the Mizzou Invite Thursday through Saturday.

Eberle, a senior from Fort Collins, Colo. (Colorado State), competed at the Missouri Invitational and posted three top-8 finishes.  Eberle was eighth on the 1-meter with a score of 239.85, fourth on the 3-meter with a score of 314.85 and fifth on the platform with a score of 262.25.  His 3-meter performance came after catapulting up four spots from eighth in the preliminaries.
