Grand Forks, N.D. - The North Dakota football team worked out in the Alerus Center for the third consecutive day on Thursday as spring practices reached double figures with the 10th session of the offseason.

The consistency has been a welcomed addition as the both the offenses and defenses continue to install new schemes and plays.

"Our guys have done a great job of adapting this spring," UND head coach Chris Mussman said. "It's been nice to be able to have a consistent flow this week and get a lot of work done.  This is a resilient group and I've been impressed with how hard we're working."

Notebook
- The offense made some strides from yesterday's rocky practice and cut down on the miscues. Junior Baylee Carr did have an interception for the second-consecutive practice in team drills.
- The last two periods of team drills were spent working on the two-minute drill. Redshirt freshman Joe Mollberg took the first reps followed by Bartels taking the second-team reps.
- The special teams periods focused on punt-blocking and field goal situations.
- Valley News Live was on hand to cover the practice. There will be a feature on Friday night's 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. show. Mussman along with quarterback Ryan Bartels and wide receivers Greg Hardin and Jameer Jackson were interviewed for the piece.
