GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Fans of the North Dakota Football team will have a variety of tailgating options available for the 2014 season, including season-long, single-game, and group packages.

Fans who would like their own private tailgate spot for all six home games this season can purchase season-long tailgating passes for $50 per space. There are less than 20 openings left for season-long tailgating passes and fans interested in this option are encouraged to reserve their spot as soon as possible.

Tailgate Village returns again this year for the first four home games and will feature once again live music, the Jr. Champions KidZone, UND merchandise for sale from GW Gear and food for purchase courtesy of Ground Round and Deek’s Pizza.

Group tailgating packages in Tailgate Village are also available for each of the first four home games. These turn-key packages include food, tickets to the game, a hospitality tent, tables and chairs, setup and takedown and the best spot in the lot. These packages are a great option for corporate outings or group events with 30 people or more.

A limited number of single-game tailgating passes will be available on game days as well, and can be purchased for $15 on the day of the game on a first come, first serve basis. Fans interested in single-game tailgating should enter the parking lots from South Drive next to the Sleep Inn.

New this year, Champions Club members can tailgate in their designated parking spots at the Alerus Center. Season ticket holders who are Champions Club members receive parking passes at every level but Century. Parking/tailgating spots are first-come, first-served and tailgating must be confined to the parking spaces for which members have passes.

In addition, the Champions Club tent is moving south of Tailgate Village to a more central location for all fans. The tent opens two hours prior to kick-off for each home game and includes food, a cash bar, and special guest speakers before each game. The tent is only open to Champions Club members, but non-members can join on-site.

Lots open for tailgating five hours prior to every home football game, and Tailgate Village opens two-and-a-half hours before kick-off.
