Grand Forks, N.D. - University of North Dakota head football coach Chris Mussman announced that Monday, Aug. 26 will be the tryout date for school-start walk-ons for the upcoming 2013 season. Currently enrolled UND students must be prepared to run the 40-yard dash, complete position drills and all other activities related to playing college football.

Prior to August 25, prospective student-athletes must have a completed proof of physical form and a form confirming that you have had a sickle cell test or bring the form acknowledging that you decided not to have the test done.

Also, prospective student-athletes must have the following forms completed and prepared to hand in at the meeting on the evening of August 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the Memorial Stadium Team Room. This meeting with cover compliance and medical issues for the tryout participants.
