Daytona Beach, Fla. -  Sophomore Emma Kishel turned in her best round of the season to lead the North Dakota women's golf team in final-round play at the LPGA Xavier International. Kishel posted a 76 (+4), which was also the low round of the 54-hole tournament for UND, to help UND shave 16 strokes off its previous round's score for the second day.

Freshman Dani DelGreco also improved for the second straight day, this time shooting a 78 (+6) as UND finished with a 324 (+36). UND did not climb any spots in the team standings, but did shoot the 12th best round of the 18 teams in the field on Tuesday.

Sophomore Sadie Martin was UND's top overall finisher for the third-consecutive tournament after posting a 245 (+29). Martin carded an 82 (+10) in the final round.

Mercer rallied from a third-place standing going into the final round to claim the team title. The Bears shot a 292 (+4), which was the lowest of the tournament by any team to earn the victory.

UND's trip to Daytona Beach and the home of the Ladies Professional Golf Association was the final one of the fall season. The spring season begins in March at the Northern Arizona Red Rocks Invitational.
