It's been a long road back to the ice for University of North Dakota redshirt freshman Rocco Grimaldi. After sitting out much of last season with an injury, Grimaldi is already becoming a crowd favorite on the UND men's hockey team.

Grimaldi recently talked about his training following his injury, what he does in his spare time and more for the UND Sports TV show, which airs on Friday at 6 p.m. on Midco Sports Net. See the feature below and check out more information on UNDSports.TV.
