GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota has earned the No. 2 seed for the 2013 NCAA West Regional in Grand Rapids, Mich., and will face No. 3 seed and Atlantic Hockey regular season champion Niagara on Friday, March 29, in the regional semifinal.

The game is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Central and will air live on ESPNU. The other West Region semifinal will feature No. 1 seed Minnesota against No. 4 seed Yale. The winner of the two semifinals will meet in the West Region championship on Saturday, March 30, at 3 p.m. Central.

It is North Dakota’s 11th consecutive appearance in the NCAA postseason, the longest active streak in the nation, and the 28th overall NCAA postseason appearance in program history.
