GRAND FORKS, N.D. – UND Athletics announced today that Midco Sports Network (Midco SN)has added two live men’s hockey games to its 2013-14 lineup. Both the November 15th game with UND hosting Minnesota Duluth and the November 23rd game at Boston University will be telecast in High Definition.

The National Collegiate Hockey Conference and CBS Sports Network have granted local and regional broadcast rights to member institutions on dates when CBS Sports Network is broadcasting a double-header (NCHC Showcase Events). Previously those rights were restricted but this move allows UND fans the opportunity to watch an additional game on Midco SN.

Midco SN will produce the November 15th Minnesota Duluth game and telecast it live from Ralph Engelstad Arena. Dan Hammer, Scott Koberinski and Katie Hale will take the air at 7:30pm. The CBS Sports Network Showcase on November 15th features Wisconsin at Miami (5:30 p.m. CT) and Michigan at Nebraska Omaha (8:07 p.m. CT).

Midco SN has also reached terms with NESN to air NESN’s production of the November 23rd Boston University game live. The game starts at 6 p.m. Central time. This arrangement means that both games of North Dakota’s series at Boston University series will be available on television. NBC Sports Network will produce game one of the series on November 22nd.
