GRAND FORKS, N.D. --- The University of North Dakota softball team has changed its venue of its home opener against Big Sky Conference foe Southern Utah to LaFave Park in East Grand Forks due to field conditions at the Apollo Softball Complex.

The two teams will also switch their doubleheader from Friday to Saturday, but game times will remain set for opening pitches at 2 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday.

LaFave Park is located at 101 2nd Ave. NW behind Sacred Heart High School.

UND is currently 2-4 in league play and will be looking to close the gap on the Thunderbirds who sit at 5-4.
