Toronto Day 5: The Falls

NIAGARA FALLS-- The UND women's basketball team concludes its foreign trip with a little sightseeing after a hard-fought three consecutive days of games. The team heads to Niagara Falls to take in the sights and will head back to Grand Forks first thing Thursday morning.

It's been a fast-paced trip with solid efforts from the team and the new coaching staff-- Brent Pollari, Val Sussex, Mallory Youngblut and Jackie Voigt. Coach Brewster took the team to Wayne Gretzky's grill last night after the win.

9:30 a.m.- Team boards a bus to head to Niagara Falls during a much-deserved off day.

11:00 a.m.- We get to the Falls and sport the standard-issue blue parkas with the hoodies aboard the Maid of the Mist. Upon arriving back on shore, we collect a few more photos and bump into a UND Aerospace grad! UND is everywhere.

1:00 p.m.- Team meal with a scenic view of the Falls. After, a little free time to sightsee and shop. Hard Rock Cafe, Hershey's, among others are the popular shops.

2:45 pm.- Back to Toronto and the hotel to enjoy the last bit of the trip before dinner tonight.
