In November the NCAA hosted the 2012 Leadership Forum in Dallas, Texas, joining student-athletes and administrators from around the country.

The goal of the conference was to empower student-athletes and administrators with skills they can bring back to their campus. It featured talks from leadership experts, small group sessions and more.

Representing UND at the forum was junior swimmer Morgan Lynch and academic services assistant Brandon Thomas.

Lynch and Thomas compiled video from the event into a blog entry, which can be viewed above.
