This week, on UND Insider Weekly: The panel discusses Volleyball's great weekend as they start conference play. Hockey is close to returning here in Grand Forks, and coaches and players talk about getting ready for the beginning of a new season in a brand new conference. Men's basketball is also close to returning. Before they return to the court, they go through a tough conditioning test.
