GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Forty-eight University of North Dakota student-athletes were named to the 2014 Big Sky Conference Spring All-Academic Teams today for women’s golf, softball, men’s and women’s tennis and men’s and women’s outdoor track & field.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded the following minimum requirements: 1) Participated in at least half of the team’s competitions (or competed in the Big Sky Championship in outdoor track); 2) Achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at the conclusion of the most recently completed term; 3) Completed at least one academic term at his/her current Big Sky institution.

Previously this year, UND placed 43 student-athletes on the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Teams and 50 on the Big Sky Fall All-Academic Teams.
