GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota Athletics Department announced today that both of its internally-produced shows, “Through These Doors” and “UND Insider Weekly,” will return in 2014-15 for their fourth and second seasons, respectively.

“Through These Doors,” a behind-the-scenes look at UND’s men’s hockey program, will return for a full 20-episode season. The show, which was nominated for both a Midwest Emmy and an SVG Award in 2013-14, returns to its roots with shorter, weekly 10-15 minute episodes on Thursday nights on UND Insider. Full 30-minute episodes will debut on Fridays at 5:30 p.m. Central on Midco Sports Network.

“UND Insider Weekly” will return for a 25-episode season. Hosted by UND men’s hockey radio voice Tim Hennessy, “UND Insider Weekly” features a panel discussion with UND radio personality Paul Ralston and Grand Forks Herald sportswriters Brad Schlossman and Tom Miller.

“UND Insider Weekly” spotlights UND teams and student-athletes, along with exclusive coach interviews and a recap of the past week’s action.

Also this season, “Opening Drive,” an in-depth look at UND football, will become part of the Insider Weekly family with behind-the-scenes features and more showcasing new head coach Bubba Schweigert’s team.

“UND Insider Weekly” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. Central on UND Insider and YouTube, and also on Fridays at 5 p.m. on Midco Sports Network.
