Andrea Dalen doubled the lead with her third goal of the season at 9:38 of the second period. Wisconsin would get on the scoreboard as Madison Packer scored on the power play. UW used the energy of its home crowd to keep the momentum going as Brianna Decker evened the game only 30 seconds later and Alev Kelter would tally the lone goal of the third period for the eventual game-winner.

Wisconsin would secure the sweep with a three-goal second period that saw them tally a power play, shorthanded and even-strength goals.
