2013 Schedule

GRAND FORKS, N.D. –
Have you ever wanted the University of North Dakota head football coach or one of the team’s star players to show up at your front door? What if they brought free football season tickets with them? Well, if you live in the Greater Grand Forks metro area, it could happen on Wednesday, July 31st.

In order to add to the growing buzz that one of the most exciting home football schedules in program history has already created, UND Athletics and The Green Mill are partnering up for a special one-day “30 Minutes or Less” season ticket promotion.

"We had a great season last year in football attendance with an increase of over 1,300 fans per game during our first season in the Big Sky Conference," UND Athletics Director Brian Faison said. "That fan momentum has carried over into this spring and summer as we are already well ahead of last year's pace for football ticket sales.

“We have an amazing seven-game home schedule this fall featuring four preseason top 10 teams and the "30 Minutes or Less" promotion gives us a fun way to catch even more people's attention about the upcoming UND Football season."

UND fans living in the GGF metro area who order football season tickets from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on this special day will have them delivered directly to their homes or businesses by football staffers, student-athletes and athletic department officials. Here’s the catch, if the tickets are not delivered in 30 minutes or less, the season tickets will be free.

North Dakota Head Football Coach Chris Mussman added, “Our staff and players are excited to get out in the community and help deliver season tickets to our fans. We have arguably the best and most challenging FCS home schedule in the country and we’ll need our home crowd to be as loud as ever at those games.”

Fans can start calling into the UND Box Office at 701-777-4689 as early as 10 a.m. on July 31st and can keep calling until 4 p.m. Football student-athletes set to help with deliveries are seniors Garrison Goodman, Greg Hardin, Jake Miller and Blair Townsend.

“We are excited to present the community with a special offer like this and we will deliver these tickets anywhere in the Grand Forks/East Grand Forks city limits including your home, workplace, or business,” UND Director of Ticket Sales Dexter Albrecht said. “I don’t think you will find a better entertainment dollar value than our football season tickets when you consider the great home schedule we have coupled with the affordability of the season tickets.”

Season-ticket packages start at $75 per seat and are also available for purchase any time at undsports.com.
