GRAND FORKS, N.D. – The University of North Dakota soccer team has been finding early success under the guidance of first-year head coach Chris Logan.

"We have really enjoyed a lot of the soccer the team has played this spring,” Logan said. “The energy and passion they play with has been wonderful to watch and continues to grow on a daily basis. We are excited for what the future holds for this wonderful group of young women!"

UND has competed in two games already this spring, defeating both Minnesota, Crookston and MSU Moorhead by scores of 5-0. Junior Katie Moller led the Fighting Hawks, scoring four goals over the course of those two games.

The Fighting Hawks wrap up their spring season with three games this weekend, taking on North Dakota State and Augustana on Saturday down in Fargo, before returning to host Northern State on Sunday at East Grand Forks High School at 2:30 p.m. (CT).
