GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The University of North Dakota Football program will host its annual Spring Game on Friday, April 14 at 5 p.m. inside the High Performance Center on the Southeast corner of campus. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. as the Fighting Hawks will go through pre-game warmups.

The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a special Spring Game poster that features the 2017 schedule.

Head coach Bubba Schweigert said the plan for Friday would be to go through a series of close to 50 plays with the offense going up against the defense in more of a scrimmage-type setting. The offense will be put in different scenarios, whether those are short-yardage, red zone or full drives throughout the session that is scheduled to last around 90 minutes.

Fans planning to attend the event can park for free in the lot North of the HPC. Fans are also reminded that alcohol is not permitted on the UND campus.

Fans looking to secure football season tickets for the 2017 home slate can purchase those online at UNDsports.com/tickets.

free live stream of the event will be available on UND Insider on UNDsports.com
