Where are you from and what do you like most about your hometown?
I am from Grand Rapids, MN, a small northern town full of some of my favorite things: sports, lake life, nature and the people I love most.

When did you start playing golf and who got you started playing the game? In fourth grade my family moved to Pokegama Golf Course, probably the time I really started taking interest in the game. My dad introduced me and motivated me to get into golf, but I had help from a ton of locals throughout the years.

What is the favorite course you have played?

Hazeltine National outside of Minneapolis is definitely one of my favorites. It is a challenging course full of beauty!

What is your dream foursome and on what course would you want to play?

Jack Nicklaus
Wayne Gretzky
Ellen Degeneres
at Augusta National Golf Club

Who is your favorite professional golfer and why?

Currently, Jordan Spieth is my favorite golfer because he is a champion on and off the golf course.

What are your hobbies outside of golf?

What is your major and career aspirations?
I enjoy doing yoga, cooking and eating, spending time with family, friends and my delta gamma girls. I am a Communications major with a leadership minor. One day, I hope to be part of a company that is passionate about making the world a better place.

What is your go-to club in your golf bag?
An 8 iron.

If you’re playing alternate shot, who do you want driving on your team, who do you want putting and who do you want hitting an approach shot?
Driver:
Ally Rogers
Putter: Jenna Janu (Jenny J)
Approach Shots: Alexis Guggisberg (Lexi Poo)

How many hole-in-ones (descriptions if so) or describe your most memorable hole out? Funny you ask.... I anxiously await the day to get a hole-in-one. At the State Tournament junior year I holed out from 145 yards for birdie(in the hazard off the tee)

If you were not playing collegiate golf, is there another sport you would want to play in college? Probably gymnastics or tennis.

What’s your nickname most used by teammates? Dan or Lil' Dan (eye roll)
